& Finishing.
We run a flat-bed CNC and a finishing line in our Columbus shop. Send a drawing — countertops, table tops, panel goods, signage, seating, fixtures — and we’ll cut, edge, and assemble parts ready to install. No fabricator handoff required.
Edge Finishing
Square, eased, half-bullnose, full-bullnose, and custom routed profiles. Edges sanded to match the surface finish — no separate banding.
Hardware Prep
Pocket-screw layouts, threaded inserts, fastener pilot holes, and assembly drilling so parts arrive ready to mount.
Curved + Thermoformed Parts
Heat-bent details for waterfall edges, radiused fronts, and three-dimensional fixtures. Suited to bench seats, reception fronts, and curved signage.
Sub-assembly + Finishing
Glue-up, seam, and finish in-house using standard solid-surface workflow. Components ship as finished pieces, not flat-pack.
Site-Drawing Translation
If you have an architectural plan or a sketch on a napkin, we'll quote off either. We translate to shop drawings and confirm before cutting.
