Manufacturing Production Operator

- $17.50 – $20 per hour, depending on experience

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Breaks
- Two paid 10-minute breaks and a 30–60 minute unpaid lunch

About Marble Plastics
We make solid sheet material from 100% recycled plastic, in-house in Columbus, for furniture, countertops and wall surfaces. We are a small team, and every person on the floor affects what ships.
The job
You run production. That means weighing material, filling and leveling molds, running the line, shredding feedstock, and packing orders. You keep the shop clean and organized, do routine maintenance on machines and tools, inspect what you make, log it, and speak up when something is off.
What we're looking for
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience is preferred, not required. We will train you.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to work you'd put your name on.
- Works well with a small team. Communicates plainly.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Interested in turning plastic waste into a new material.
Requirements
You must be authorized to work in the US.
You must be familiar with hand tools.
Physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly through the shift
- Standing, bending and on your feet for a full 8-hour shift
- Manufacturing environment: noise, dust, varying temperatures
